Fatal error 301, PLEASE HELP

Good evening, I'm having a problem connecting to the elder scrolls online, every time I log in I get a window saying error 301, I already tried to open the ESO ports on my router, tried to contact my internet provider, and tried to reinstall the game, none of this worked, please help me in this, I dont know what else to do to solve this problem.

edit: and I also tried to follow the instructions that are on the eso website speaking about this problem, also did not work, please someone help me in this problem, I want to come back to play!

On ESO launcher, click on GAME OPTIONS and run a REPAIR. takes 10 minutes or so to run.

I did the repair by the launcher, it also did not work, when the game opens, during the login a message appears saying error 301(3:1:724:0) , I do not know what to do :((

Try this:
Navigate to your steam ESO game directory,If you are up to date run ESO64.exe, You will need to know your ESO account name and password

c:/programfilesx86/steam/steamapps/common/zenimax online/the elder scrolls online/game/client/ESO64.exe


If you are not up to date you can run the launcher without steam to get updated.
c:/programfilesx86/steam/steamapps/common/zenimax online/launcher/bethesda.net_launcher.exe
