not really , lets take gold cheating you could potentialy if you know how(takes knowlage) give yourself max amount of gold , their cheating system would catch you 90% of time( as they got 10 independent systems) lets say they did catch you 10 times but you got away with 11th , now you got lots gold , you can sell it on gold selling site and most likely not only it covered cost of all these games but made a profit too
its no brainer and lots mmo's have even easier ways to bypass it , there was few people at defcons speaking how they made living of cheating in mmo's and selling it to 3rd party sites
