You can buy a an Appearance Change token in the Crown store. Costs 1000 crowns I think, so it's very expensive.

Because ZOS is a business that has to earn its shareholders as much money as possible. If you are not too far with the character, I would recommend starting a new character and saving the Crowns.

They do give you crowns every month/3months/6months if you subscribe to ESO+

Haha, I hate it when that happens. You either have to start over with a new character or use money to buy crowns in order to change your character's face.

If you've had the toon for a while and are looking to completely respec him (like mag > stam or stam > mag) you can do a race change token. It's more expensive than an appearance token, but you change both the race and appearance.

I'd only use that if your character is already, like, level 50 and it's worth it to you to not have to level all the way up again. (You won't lose any cp even if you do just start over)
