Do all the classes do magic?!
I feel disappointed in all the discriptions I've read they all do magic ( then whats the point in the Orc Race the race thats meant for physical damage?! ) and I like play as melee physical damage because it's straight forward, easy to use and understand,

A lot of the skills meld into stamina skills. You also have a great variety of weapon/guild skills that use stamina.

What makes you think you can't?

Every class _can_ be used for a magicka build, that doesn't mean you _have to_. Just do a stamina build - put your attribute points into stamina and use stamina-based skills.

While there are some racial attributes all races and classes can do just about any role in the game if you wish.

Well lets see the Dragon Knight's discription says it uses magic, Sorcerer ( no ♥♥♥♥ ), Templar and Warden use magic and I refuse to play Night blade because stealth is boring.

Yes you can. Use weapon/class skills which focus on using stamina. A stamina Nightblades uses mostly weapon attacks. Most class skills can be morphed to focus on stamina damage. Magika is just for cloaking. If you don't want to use magic, don't use a staff. Get a big sword or axe.

Well why is it forcing my character to use magic when I am using a sword for dragon knight?

Several people are trying to tell you that you don't have to use magic as _any_ class. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get that through to you.

_Every_ class in the game has stamina builids as well as magicka builds. For a stamina build, you put al your points into stamina, take stamina-based skills, and ignore magicka completely. Building a stamina-based Dragon Knight is one of the most popular ways to play the game. You can even build a stamina-based sorcerer if you want to.

Additionally, "being forced to use magicka when using a sword" doesn't make sense at all, as all skills in the sword skill tree are stamina based.

What exactly is your issue?

All Classes can go Magic or Stamina builds. I actually have two Templars. One is full on Stamina Tank/DPS and the other is full on Mage Healer. The way it's set up is to give more freedom in the way classes work. You are not as limited by class choice as you are in other MMOs or RPGs in general. You can go Mage, Stam or a hybrid of both depending on where you put your Skill/Attribute points and what gear/weapons you use.

_You_ select which skills go into your action bar. If you're playing a stamina-based build, obviously you should put stamina-based skills there ...

I was able to log in yesterday maybe I should refund because of these server issues and the fact that it's restricting how I can play by forcing me to use magic.
Zachshock Jul 4, 2018 @ 5:13pm
Well I can't see Skyrim forcing me to use magic.

This is only an issue until you get your class skills to level 4 and can morph them. Some of your skills can be morphed so they use Stam instead of Mana. You can redistribute your Attributes as well if you put points in to Mana that you don't need after morphing your skills.
