no music, no sounds

i am facing trouble since last update.. the only sounds i can hear is my sord.. its dull gaame without music or sounds effect.. even no conversartions.. on setting all adjusted even in default cant solve the issue

Recenly while turning the LOUD intro summerset music on and off all the time my old 360 joystick must have hit a button i didn't know about in the Audio setting. It's called 'GAME SOUNDS' . I learned playing a MMO without footsteps and other sounds bored me to death. It took me about 30 minutes to find the on and off click setting after looking at other mute things on the PC... i hope thats your problem too. :)

i found the solution by going to game option on the launcher (not from the in game menu) then click on repair.. its functioning fine now

1. Head to the cogwheel on the right side of the launcher and change the language to something else. After downloading around 500MB, it will be fixed and will run in that language.(Not a good way to fix it but yeah)

2. Open game folder and go this direction: SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Zenimax/The Elder Scrolls Online

There has to be 3 folders named as vo_de, vo_en and vo_fr which is the game language for English, Germany and France. Just open your specific language you have problem with and delete these 3 files (In this example I have problem with English language): _databuild folder + esoaudioen.mnf + vo_de.version

After the process open the launcher and let it download the files again (something around 8GB).
