"Instance full"
So.

After waiting for like 10 minutes in queue for a dungeon a group is finally available.

Click on ready.

Group is formed and when it attempts to teleport me to the instance it failes because the "Instance is full"

And of course I am now penalized 15 minutes because the group finder failed.

Fantastic.

menu, social, group then highlight any of the 3 others in your group and then fast-travel to them, try different group members.

I did that.

It still gave the "Instance full" error message.

Its an oldie bug but still annoying that like 2 years later it is still there.

The exact same happened to me today. Tried to travel to all of them for a long time before I gave up. Then had to wait because I had queued too fast. This has been on the game for as long as I can remember, usually I can get in after a while, but today I just couldn't. I recommend asking in your guild to form a group and going with them.
