How to access Thieves guild?
Before, I saw that it was seperatly purchaceable content from Morrowind, but now that Summerset is out, there is no longer an option for it. How do you join, or use the thieves guild? Do you NEED to have a subscription now? Or does it come with Summerset?

You need to have access to the Thieves Guild DLC - either by buying it in the Crown Store, or via subscription. Once you have it talk to Quen on any Thieves Refuges on the mainland.
