How to play outside Vvardenfell

I bought ESO+morrowind few days ago, now I'm trying to play but I can play only Morrowind, no choice. How can I play outside Vvardenfell? thanks

You will eventually come across boats that can take you to other parts of Tamriel while traverssing Vvardenfell.

If you had purchased the Summerset Expansion then the new starting point would be Summerset Isle.

Also note that if you do purchase this expansion then the main Wayshrine should be available for Fast Travel right away.

Wayshrines are the common fast travel points to and from the other lands in Tamriel.

Use teleport to any wayshirine in the world.

Did you finish the Morrowind tutorial yet? If so, and you are in Seyda Neen (the small town where you end up immediately after the tutorial), then there is both a small boat that can take you to your alliance, or preferably, you can go the wayshrine just outside of town and take it to the main town for your alliance where you can pick up the original starting quest. (You want Daggerfall, Stonefalls, or Auridon, depending on your alliance.) Either way, hit "M" and your map will show you where the closest wayshrine is.

If you have already left Seyda Neen, there will be other wayshrines scattered around; there are two in Vivec City.
