Morag Tong set become effective when the first hit or after first hit?I cast lethal arrow when in stealth wearing Morag Tong set the lethal arrow take 10% more damage or not?

After. In order to proc the set, you have to deal direct damage FIRST before you benefit from the increased damage bonus.
