Personally I've always really loved Raz. He's got a good sense of humor and a wily personality.

He's very closely tied with Cadwell though. His humor alone is one thing, but being voiced by John Cleese is the entire rest of it.

You guys have me interested in Sotha Sil, so I got the Clockwork dlc today to see what all the rage is about. The idea of a mechanical perfectionist is pretty rad

Walks-Softly was a better being than I , I encouraged him to be more "evil" toward you know who, and he still did the noble thing. Walks was cool.

In a lot of places across Tamriel and beyond (if I'm not mistaken he has spots in Coldharbour). There's even an achievement if you find him in each zone. UESP's ESO map is your friend for that.

On topic I'd say Raz, Cadwell and Naryu.
