I think it's really cool (not because this is a time of "political correction" in our country) but because I've never played an online game that took to the skies with a passionate interracial, interspecies, same-sex NPC. Not only did they NOT sex them up all to hell and back, but their tale is actually a sad one. I won't give away any spoilers, just play the Thieves Guild storyline.
M'aiq was in the originals as a common character as well, as well, right?
Thanks, do you have any of the DLC or played any of the thieves guild missions?
I think this is directed at me? Yes, I have ESO+ so I've dabbled in the DLC content, probably TG more than any of the others, though I haven't progressed that far into the storyline.
To be clear, I meant that no one particular NPC was/is standing out for me in the moment, but in general, I think most of them are pretty endearing, interesting, and well-voiced. Certainly I would agree that everyone mentioned above is a solid choice.
I gotta give respect to Pacrooti too. His letters crack me up. But is it a NPC if you never meet them in person?
I hope in a future DLC we get to help Gabrielle rescue Darian. I wouldn't say they are my fav, but I feel bad for her everytime I turn in the Buried Evil Daily in Anvil and I see her researching ways to save him.
As for feeling bad for NPCs, I always felt the most bad for Walks-Softly. I don't know if you've played the Thieves Guild yet or not, but (spoiler ahead) losing his best friend to find she never saw him more than a mere pet completely broke my heart If you haven't gotten the Thieves Guild dlc yet, I encourage it for Walks-Softly's story alone.
A lot of the NPC stories in that dlc were very good, come to think of it
