Psijic Calling Quest is Real Buggy

The quest started out ok and I picked up the augur but after I got back to Summerset the game started locking up and crashing. As soon as I got back to Summerset the game prompts you to open the map and the game promptly froze and I had to do a Cntl-Atl-Del to get access to my PC to kill the game. After that I quickly went to the first location just south of the boat and closed that breach. Then went to the local Wayshrine and teleported to the next one north of there and within a few minutes the game crashed.
