ESO Uninstalled but Still Using 30gb of Storage?
I didn't want to make this post because it's a complicated situation but I'm stuck in a bad situation and I cannot figure out how to resolve it on my own. Currently when I view what's on my harddrive through "add or remove programs" ESO is taking up 33.5gb, which is equal to half of my hard drive space on my SSD. Due to windows updates, I no longer have the space to reinstall ESO so I can uninstall it properly through the launcher (I used add or remove programs to uninstall it) as suggested by other forums, but I can't delete the 33.5gb file because it claims it cannot find the files. The reason it can't find the files is because I deleted them, but my system still thinks they are there and I can't find them anywhere. I've tried searching for elder scrolls online and zenimax under file explorer and deleting everything but I can't get rid of the 33.5gb file. Since my SSD is small it is causing a lot of issues and I have no idea how to fix it, any help is appreciated.

Sames happened to me, i just wiped my PC clean and reinstalled everything, personally it was NP because only games / important things i had was DS3, BF3/4/1, ESO, WoW and Halo Online and a few other small things that only took a few mins to reinstall.

C:\Users\'youruser'\Documents

there should be a zenimax folder in there you'll wanna delete.

if you still cant find it, download a program called WinDirStat, it will help you find it
