Daggerfall Overlook or Ebonheart Chateau?

So i've finally accumalated enough Gold to get either one of these playerhomes, and i've got the appropriate achievments for them - but which one is bigger? In terms of Floors, Courtyard, Towers, Rooms, Space etc.

I don't mind the styles both have but I'm wandering which has the biggest space, so far I think Ebonheart Chateau has the biggest space (and it's right next to a volcano which ticks my 1: Perfect Places for Villains).


But in terms of atmosphere, which one is better suited for "evil" settings? In terms of both being near the main "Tutorial Towns" that often introduce you to the respective Factions they are in.

Mostly looking for opinions and suggestions to my questions I listed, thanks for taking the time to read and potentially giving an input!
