Glass Motifs!

Hey guys, quick question for the players out there....have any of you came across glass motifs before? If so what would you charge for one? I already know the option about buying in it in the crown store.....but I was wondering if anyone knows a different way. All of the info in the net seems to be a little out of date. :/ Thanks!

To get Glass Style Motif Chapters, you must first obtain Glass Style Motif Fragments. You have a chance of getting Glass Style Motif Fragments any time you complete a Clothier, Woodworking, or Blacksmith Crafting Writ – the higher tiers of Writs, the better chance. You then combine 10 Glass Style Motif Fragments with Merethic Restorative Resin – sold in the Mage’s Guild – to create a Glass Motif Chapter. Very rarely, you may also be lucky and get the full Glass Motif Book when you perform a Glass Style Motif Fragment combination. The Glass Style Motif Fragments, Glass Style Motif Chapters, and Glass Style Motif Book can all be traded and sold to other players.

The Merethic Restorative Resin costs 10k gold of which then a random glass motif is given to you. Being that the resin costs 10k gold you wont find them for less at the traders.

Only way to get them is as I printed out, buy from traders or buy from the crown store. As I also printed, 10k gold per chapter is the minimum you will find them for sale as it costs a minimum of that much to put together the 10 fragments.

Well, time wise is kinda hard to pin down as I'm not sure when I started getting them and using 3 different crafters. My blacksmith just finished the last trait, 14 months it took. Woodworker finished 9 traits a few months back. Clothing finishes last trait tomorrow, yay. Blacksmith started wood and cloth as well about 5 months back so he is doing 3 writs a day, the others just 1 that count for glass fragments. So ..... a several hundred writs.

Hello, with the Dragon Bones Update they changed the way how you can obtain the Glass Style
-The Glass Motif can now be purchased from Rolis Hlaalu, the Mastercraft Mediator with Writ Vouchers.
-Glass Motif Fragments no longer drop from Crafting Writ reward containers
-If you have Glass Motif Fragments in your inventory, the Merethic Restorative Resin can still be found in the wares of Mystic vendors the world over for the same price as before (10,000g).
