Khajiit Templar - Anyone have any experience?

I wanted to try something new from my other character as I found dragon knight to be boring and too long to kill enemies, but more suitable for tanking.

What would be a good fit for a khajiit templar, a dps, healer or tank?

The Khajit racial skills are focused on stamina-based damage, so that's what you should probably aim for. Note that as a khajit you'll have higher burst damage potential than other stamina DPS races but less stamina recovery options, so you may find yourself running out of breath in long fights :P.

Aside from that the stamplar is a fun class with a good mix of survivability and damage output.

https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-templar-build-pve/ is an example of an endgame stamplar build. Note that this is something to aim for in the long run. Don't follow it slavishly while leveling up, that'll only leave you frustrated. But it demonstrates nicely what the stamplar's key abilities are.
