I heard skyreach got nerfed, or most public dungeons did.
Where do people power level nowadays?

It's still the best source of XP, just not overwhelmingly powerful to the point that you can level a character in 6 hours. People still use dolmens, dungeons, Cyrodil too. Have fun while leveling.

dolmens seems to be the most reliable, specially during peak hours.

Alik'r desert dolmans, just find a dolman there and type x in zone chat.

For me the fastest way I discovered was spellscar and it wasn't as boring as dolmens riding.

The problem I have with dolmens in Alik'r Desert is that there are so many people there the XP you get from kills is insignificant, and most of the XP you get is from destroying the dolmen itself, making Training gear useless.

Try the Dolmen in Auridon, I did the Fighters Guild quest there yesterday, and there was a nice group of maybe 10 players. Also try some other maps, there were more Dolmens not only in Alik'r. And with this smaller groups you will get much more exp for the kills. I also made a lot of exp in the public Dungeons in Vvardenfell.

I struggled leveling via questing... took me like 80 hours from 1 to 35, then I decided to try Dolmen farming in Alikr... I got my Fighters guild to max level along with most of my weapons and armor skill lines, and I got to level 50 in about 4-5 hours. It was very boring, but seeing the numbers increase so fast (morphs and stuff) was pretty motivating.

Best spot right now is in Greenshade. In the north/western part there are a lot of wood elf zombies that spawn and you can just go in a circle killing them all over adn over again. This is where I go to farm CP for my Level 260 main and alts. Its the Verant Morass wayshrine. Just travel there and follow the road to the west of the shrine. You should see a lot of people there already.

Totally the best spot in the game right now.

Dolmens are still slower than Skyreach from my experience. The xp you get from defeating a dolmen isn't high enough. You can go for mob kills, but not gonna get all of them before they die (even in group).

Spellscar might be better, if there weren't 10 other people there at all times.

Skyreach might've been nerfed, but since it's without interruption and pretty much constant with mob waves, I'd say it's still faster.

I seen a ton of people power leveling at the zombies in coldharbour. Don't know how good it is compared to other methods but it seems popular. It is also a great spot to get a ton of fleshflies if you need a bunch of them for whatever reason.
