How to use the Voice chat??

So I got a message in-game telling me I can use a built-in voice chat. But I cant find the option to turn it on or to even use this feature. Can any one help me? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1643374533

The game doesn't have voice chat, people instead use discord.

Why did I get that pop up in my screenshot in-game than? If the game doesn't have a voice chat feature?

Looks like you're getting console help tips. and it looks like you are using a controller, so id guess bad "controller help" port from console to pc

This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen or heard, Voice chat was the best thing about ECO on Xbox & PS. The people you met was amazing and created friendships.. For those to didn't like it or thought the local voice chat was toxic they just had a mute function. People can still use discord and team speak if they want... but that is not the point.. whole point or area chat it to bring people together. the amount of times I have come across a few guys and girls telling funny stories or jokes... This was the best part about ESO.

It would make the game so much better.

have you seen zone chat? Yea, having voice would make that so much worse.

zone Chat? is that voice tho.. I want to be able to talk to someone without having to invite them to discord or constantly type.

Local voice chat would be amazing, easier and attract more people to interact with each other

This game don't have a voice chat feature for pc that's disappointing, I play with a ps4 controller, many times from my couch away from my pc that connected to my tv, so not having voice chat in pc kinda makes the game inferior to ps xbox version, they should put in a voice chat option for pc with the ability to turn it off if you personally don't like it.

Neverwinter has built in voice chat for PC and I hate it.

I do not want to hear randoms voices at all ever. My guild and my friends are one thing, but zone chat? Random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pugs? No.

I think it would be nice to switch on if you wanted it. VERY rarely I've talked to someone in chat and felt it would be good if we could actually speak. But to have it on all the time....... aaarrrgh.

Very disappointing. New people like me would love to use voice chat for tips and help, very discouraging especially for PC users I feel like I made mistake buying this game I strongly hoped for a voice chat to engage with the community. Discord and other stuff like that are not the same at all I want to be able to talk with people around me especially when I rarely meet someone during the mission I want to be able to ask him if he can help me with this and that before he disappears but hell it's not possible with typing.

This is a deal breaker for me.. I remember playing it on ps4 when it came out, and it had proximity zone chat. I don't know what 'zone chat' is, but on ps4, you could hear people when you were standing next to them just like in real life. it was very immersive, and no other mmorpg had this. of course there was the occasional dumbass not talking who had their tv on in the background or something, but I'd usually just not get too near them. I guess we'll have to wait for a good VR mmorpg before we can just strike up a conversation with someone online like we do irl.

I cant even imagine a person, who want to hear random bsht noises from random kids. Its super weird. Water pipes in your bathroom makes more sense talking, then usuall chat in videogame.
