Necromancer Tank: Anything else that can apply Taunt?

I had the idea of doing a Necromancer Tank/Healer build when it goes fully live...
The tank bar being main... well tank/DPS as much as I can do... but going pure magic.
Is Inner Fire from the Undaunted the only other Taunt other than Puncture on One Handed skill tree?

Frost staff heavy attack and i think here is a set that the 5 piece property turns your direct damage abilities into a taunt, can't remember which one.

I'll keep the Frost staff in mind, that'll be useful for when I get into build work for Necromancer.
Is Frost staff also 15 seconds like Inner Fire and Puncture?

all taunts are 15s. But frost staff is on heavy attack, meaning 3s cast. So it's at best going to be your second taunt, you still need an instant taunt as main taunt, meaning inner fire because you need the range. And if you don't take pierce armor you'll need to pick other skills for the resist debuff.

Pierce armor and inner fire are still the best options for now.
