I didn't get an invitation code for ESO forums.
1. I didn't get an invitation code for ESO forums.
2. I am logged into my elderscrollsonline.com account and yet clicking the "Submit a Ticket" button takes me to a log in page that does nothing. I can't ask for a forum invitation code if I can't even submit a ticket. Everything except for the support section works fine.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Which browser do you use? I had the same problem and someone on the forum helped me. According to him there is a bug using any other browswer than Edge. I tried in Chrome and Firefox and both didn't work for me. After trying Edge I was able to send a ticket to them.

I was able to log on to the official ESO forums when I subscribed to ESO Plus. Not sure if that was a coincidence.

It was, as forum access has nothing to do with ESO+.

@OP - one of these should hopefully work for you:

I can’t submit a ticket for help.

I CAN log into these:
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store

I CAN NOT log into these:
https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/utils/login?p_next_page=account%2Foverview

It’s strange that the “LOG IN” button doesn’t have a hyperlink attached to it. The buttons “ACCOUNT RECOVERY” and “CREATE ACCOUNT” have proper links attached.

I have ESO+ and the email from <noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com> confirming the purchase.

I had this problem before I didnt get the eso forum email invite also you just need to:

1.)Go to support and log in with you ingame @samplename (dont put @ on the username field though) and password
2.) Scroll down to Submit a Ticket
3.)Choose platform then Next
4.)Choose ACCOUNT and on the drop down choose "I need help with a forum account"
and on the second drop down "Need Invitation to the forums" then NEXT
5.)On the final fields just put what is asked then submit
6.) wait for an email reply and thats it. (They reply moderately fast so dont worry)

Its not a browser issue, they do ensure that they only let eso players in, again you need to go to support and find the account help for requesting an invitational code.

If it hasnt happened to you then you dont know and you are passing on false information. It is a browser issue as Chrome and Firefox block user info, Edge wont. I have posted numerous times about this problem as it happened to me. You cant show that you are an ESO subscriber if the browser blocks your personal information from ZOS. ZOS wants absolute proof of your connection and who you are. That can be falsified with most browsers where as Microsoft browsers are an extension of your operating system and therefore verfied by Microsoft that the information is true.

I can confirm it is a browser issue. Wouldn't work for me in chrome. I pasted the link into edge and I had no issue what-so-ever. Sorry to necro the thread but I thought a confirmation from another user would help.

Store a token or the password as a variable and use it to verify identity? This is web-app development 101. This is just Zenimax being incompetent, not an issue with the most popular browsers around.
