Major Plothole Overlooked
Arrived in Grathwood, got 2 quests, go see benefactor, go to king. Went to the king completed the zones main story line Queen becomes next chosen emperor prince naemon gets killed by me . I then go to the benefactor get killed save the prophet get rezd to the isle place, meet razar, get sent to meet a captain in auridon. Meet queen. Wait its the same queen who knows me but doenst know me and oh wait prince naemon is alive behind her doesnt know me and is now giving me quests.

Game states that your actions and choices have consequences in other areas of the game. Clearly this has been overlooked. Therefore to fix you would have to make Grathwood quests unavailable until The prophet quest line takes you to Auridon and you then complete the auridon main storyline. Otherwise these zones just fall apart and its feels flawed. And its a pretty big part of the worlds story.

And that's what the One Tamriel Update messed up on.

Unless you play every quest in the proper order (who knows what order that is) these plotholes will appear. You'll just have to pretend the events are happening in a non-chronological order :p

I take it this will happen a lot more on my playthrough

Well if you play certain dlc in the wrong way this happens too.
for example summerset > clockwork > morrowind

I'll take your word for it! Sounds like you know what you are talking about.
