PTS - Most fitting race for a Magicka Necromancer so far?

I've been torn between a Breton and a High Elf. Both look like they're gonna be really good for Magicka Necromancer DPSing and lore-wise also make sense.

Which out of those two is SO FAR in your opinion better to play in terms of racials usefulness, stats etc?

I feel high elves might benefit a little bit more because

Increases your Spell Damage by 258

compared to brenton who also has a extra 2000 magicka
7% reduce magicka cost
2310 spell resist and 100 magicka recovery
(resist doubles when under elemental effect)

suppose its just comes down to if you want more power or more protection

For high elf spell recharge, the restore is not which is higher but which is lower (for a magicka char, it restores stamina, they changed it to balance the class).

In the end high elf is better if compared naked. But breton gets better dps on the long run if you use gold food (because the insane sustain of the race synergize well with it).

Khajiit crit magicka should not be overlooked either and for pvp the good resource pool of the dark elf might also be attractive.
