Summerset is more useful for PvE, but otherwise the story is worse than Morrowind.
Ah, and if i buy ESO+ for 1 month and then cancel it i dont have access to the DLC's anymore right?
You lose access to DLCs you haven't bought with crowns.
But for 1 month you get 1500 crowns I think, so then you wouldn't be able to afford Morrowind for example.
But if you do go for ESO+, just make sure to go to your account settings (on Steam) and click on "manage subscriptions" to cancel your subscription if you don't want to automatically renew your subscription on ESO+. Too many people don't realize this when subscribing through Steam, and end up paying for a new subscription once their old one has ran out.
EDIT: But think of it like this:
- For PvE content choose ESO+ to get the DLCs.
- For story choose Morrowind/Elsweyr/Summerset
- For best-in-slot gear and jewelry crafting (which is very handy if you prefer crafted sets, you might want to google which sets can be crafted to decide this) choose Summerset
- For transmutation (changing your armor/weapon traits, this is extremely useful) choose Clockwork (for permanent access) or ESO+.
But when it comes to the "best" equipment, you get them from both expansion packs DLCs (especially monster helmets), so if you care about these kinds of things you might want to look up which sets you can get from the different DLCs before buying.
If you like the game and you know you will be subscribing - dont buy DLCs.
If you dont like the game enough to subscribe -then of course dont buy DLCs.

my most honest advice to anyone who wishes to play this game because hes interested in raiding and dungeons then buy the collection and elsweyr, then wait for discounts on crown packs and simply buy a 21.000 pack and buy all that you need in terms of dlcs and a reasonable house with enough space to house crafting stations and storage boxes
Edit: They'll probably do the same with Summerset once Elsweyr is released, cut the jewelry crafting line for example and sell it on its own and package what's left as a DLC you can get with ESO+.
ESO+ only contains the Morrowind DLC (Vvardenfell zone), not The Morrowind chapter (Morrowind DLC + Warden class).
Yes. ESO+ only grants its bonuses for its duration, except for the Crowns, which you keep, of course.
Subscription basically gives you the same amount of Crowns you would buy for the money, allowing you to save the Crowns and eventually buy the DLC you like.
