Necromancer: Criminal Act... how does this work?
So my question is this... I googled up what it is... but I just want to clarify..
Because all the necromancer's skills say that they're criminal acts... if an NPC who isn't part of a quest/dungeon see's me use an ability labeled criminal act... IE summon a skeleton... will I get a bounty on my head by the local guard?

All corpse skills will raise a bounty if you are seen by a neutral npc (same as if you were caught stealing).

It's not going to matter much most of the time (it's not like you're spamming your skillbar in town).

I heard something where vampires and werewolf might get the same thing (transformed werewolf in town, stage 4 vampire).

Gonna be real funny to see folks trying to duel in places like Elden Root only to be stopped by guards and likely killed.

Gonna be real annoying when leveling a Necromancer to be out and about, use a skill, and randomly have a bounty because there was one of those random neutral NPCs standing about.

Good times.

Considering how despised necromancy is, its probably going to have the same effect as committing a murder lol. Huge bounties, and either screaming NPCs running in fear or attacking players. Should be pretty hilarious actually.

So it's going to be like playing a black character in South Park. Just making it harder on yourself... cause you know you'll be out in an area you think there's no NPC's around... grinding up levels and then there's always that ONE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who see's you...

It'd probably be best to partner up with the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood now that I think about it. Scales of Justice would come in handy if you have to silence someone who saw you... Swiftly Forgotten, Clemency, Timely Escape, Veil of Shadows...

Yes the passives unlocked through those skill trees will help hopefully. However, when they mentioned the justice connection to using Necromancy skills, they also added that they didnt want to punish players for using the class while out adventuring, so it may be touch and go at first, but i think eventually outside of cities, most NPCs will ignore it
