Game not running when I hit "Play" ESO On launcher
Hello, I've recently got back into ESO, I have a fresh PC and downloaded ESO through Steam. I have the game downloaded just fine but Anytime I hit "Play" On the launcher, it looks like it starts to load up because the mouse gets the loading wheel but the game never loads up. I ran task manager to see if it showed up and it does but the game never loads in? It just takes recourses from the computer and looks like it tries to load up but just never does. I've been following trails of literally anything I have found online and nothing seems to be working. I have re-installed the game about 4 times now, I have tried to repair the game via the ESO launcher (Not steam,) I have made exceptions for all the files in the Firewall and even turned it off to try that, I have deleted steam and re-installed it and have tried to replace the launcher folder like a thread here suggesting said to. The Play button even fades into the gray version like the game is running. Honestly at a loss here and don't know what to do, Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Here is a link to the screenshot of it "Running" in task manager and the grayed-out button.

Make sure your virus protector is not blocking the game and your firewall is not blocking the game
Run the repair on the game launcher it's located under options.

Run steam in admin and try again, also try to run it directly from the exe file after this.

I've ran it as administrator a few times before. Not sure what changed now but it's loading up the game now but is remaining a black screen. Progress!

Well, False alarm there I guess. Rest my PC and it is doing the same thing again. (If anyone is wondering yes the Computer is well over the minimum requirements for the game.)

Update: I installed the game through ESO website directly hoping that would do something and it did not. Actually, when I open that client and hit play it is doing the same thing.

If the game is not on the C drive it will not work. I had this same problem, I installed to steam clients on my computer and I can run the game from the C drive.

I have it on my E: drive and have no issues. C: for me is just system files and windows. It really shouldn't make any difference.

Okay, It is fixed now. Honestly not sure that the problem was but a factory reset did the job. I can only assume there was a corrupt file in Windows ( Or something along those lines. ) I've been playing it for about 3 hours now on my new PC with no more issues. Thanks for the time all. :)
