missing items

so i haven't check if I'm missing any other items but i bought the Summerset collectors like 2 months ago and I'm missing two of the items it comes with such as the personality collection and the court of bedlam outfit

Check in your messages under the social tab

Did you check the Collections Tab? (Press U.) I believe those types of collector's items (personalities and outfits) show up automatically in your collections menu, rather than having to open and select them from your messages.

they do i think but i never received them

Just google before mixing up preorder items with collector edition items, and there's no personality, check under emotes.
