How often do crown packs go on sale?
Just wondering. I know they go on sale around anniversary, but is that it?
Is there any chance they will go on sale after June 4 Elsweyr release? That'd be cool. :ursula:

Be patient. Crown store items like the banker also go on sale from time to time. So you can save even more money if you wait for those sales to happen.

Almost never. Which is okay as there's no point, they want you to subscribe instead.
It's better to get ESO+, as you it's cheaper and you get the 1500 crowns for each month (you get them all at once) and all the ESO+ benefits.

e.g.
You can pay 10.99 for the 1500 crowns right now,
or pay 8.99 for 1500 crowns + a month of ESO+.

They go on sale maybe 1-3 times a year, although even 3 times is a lot more than they'll usually do.

I'd say they want you to subscribe AND buy additional crowns at the same time.

I am an eso+ member, but 1500 crowns is not enough especially if you want to buy something useful like a banker and you don't want to wait 4 months to accumulate the crowns. So you'll inevitably want to buy additional crowns, and that's why I'm asking how often do they offer discounts, because the pricing is kinda ridiculous.

I'd buy the 12-month sub if they had regional pricing, otherwise it's 9k roubles which is like a half of a month's pay for me, so very much not worth it.

Going out of topic here but if you have a subscription and get another 3 months of eso+ do you get the crowns right away or do you get it after your first subscription expires?

You get the crowns right away

No, that's not right. If you have a current subscription, and you are in the middle of that subscription period but you go ahead and renew for the next three months, you will get the next set of crowns at the beginning of that subscription period. They neither take the money from your account nor provide you with the new crowns until the beginning of that subscription period.

E.g., if you have a subscription from, say, April-June, you will receive those crowns in April; if it renews in July, then on the renewal date in July, they will charge you and you will get the next set of crowns, simultaneously.

Oh right, yeah, I misread the question
