Warden is kind of meh...
I wish I choose templar - is Warden good pve? I mean with werewolf etc - I dont want to use animal companions...

For min/max, Mag-Warden is actually one of the worst classes... Doesn't mean it's bad, though. Can still do pretty good with it for endgame. With werewolf, a Sorcerer or a Templar would be a better fit.

EDIT: @Split made me realize I didn't specify MAG Warden in my comment, which is what i was talking about.

Warden is one of the absolute best stamina-based damagedealers (used mine to beat almost all the content in the game), but the weakest magicka-based one. It's excellent for both tanking and healing. TLDR; As long as you don't play a mag-based damage dealer as Warden, yes it's very good.

Passive skills from the Warden's DPS skill line are all designed to reward the use of the animal companions, but the "Green Lotus" spell from their healing skill line makes Wardens one of the few classes with an in-class source of the Major Savagery (physical crit chance) buff.

I feel that stamdens are, in my experience, are kind of boring to play. Nice damage tho
