But most class abilities tend to not have stamina morphs to my knowledge, you however do have several weapon abilities to choose from, which all use stamina
Going for a stamina necro im pretty sure you need to be a good racial pick that has stamina regen ect..so its kinda an all in choice
If it has a Stamina morph, the tooltip will tell you. The green text below it will even say "Converts to a Stamina ability".. and this is the case for every ability that receives a Stamina morph.
Using Necromancers as an example again, there are some abilities that do not receive Stamina morphs. A Necromancer's "Bone Armor" ability is one of them. Not only is the base ability (Bone Armor) a Magicka ability, but both morphs of it also use Magicka.
The reason for this is that the ability doesn't deal any damage, yet provides you with a defensive buff, and either of the morphs offers a little utility. So it's considered a "Magicka dump" ability.
The majority of abilities that actually get a Stamina morph deal damage; this is why the opposite abilities will remain as Magicka.
As CyberDown stated, you can go to the Shrines in your faction's major city to reset morphs as you please; even on an individual basis.
