ESO will not start up on Macbook pro (solved)
yesterday i set my ESO graphics in game to medium and then it sent me to an infinite loading screen i fully powered off my macbook pro and then i tried to open it again but it asked me if i wanted to reopen all windows when i clicked on reopen it it did absolutely nothing except for stay there on the screen i closed the window then repaired my files. IT DIDNT WORK. i pushed play and it opened eso on the bottom on my screen but when i push show all windows it says there are no available windows. i deleted the game off steam and redownloaded it again but it didn't work. please help me i just got to cp160

Sounds like it might possibly be an issue related to the graphics settings.. in which case, you're going to want to manually delete your UserSettings file, as I'm not sure uninstalling the game removes it.

On a Windows setup, the directory is something like: C:\Users\[useraccount]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\

I'm not sure what that equates to on a Mac, but the file you're looking for is "UserSettings.txt" -- try deleting that and running the game again; it should manually create a new file with some default settings of some sort.
