No, you will probably clear less than a quarter of the game after reaching max level 50. You can still gain skill points through content, such as exploring, questing, pvp, dungeons.

While there are a set amount of Skill Points available the number is huge. The only thing that happens at level 50 is you stop getting Skill Points through leveling but there are still many ways to acquire them. Skyshards, Quests and Dungeons all award Skill points after level 50. You will have plenty. Skills never get locked and can be easily reset if you need to.

To put this in to perspective for you OP, if I go reset my skill points in my Nightblade (my "main"), I'll have around 190? skill points or so.. if I remember correctly.

My main toon is 4 years old and has most skills and still has about 30 skills to use still. LOTS of skill-points.

there are 447 skyshards in game. 447 divide by 3 = 149 skill-points just from skyshards.

You can hunt for skyshards, or respec the points spent at shrines.
