Can't get Matus-Akin Egg Mine Explorer

In Vvardenfell; it's the only Delve not marked as complete. I killed Thrak the Tunnel King (delve boss), did the "Dangerous Breed" quest, and got the skyshard. The only thing I haven't done is a Daily quest that sends me here (called "Kwama Conundrum").

According to UESP the only requirement for clearing the delve and getting the achievement is downing the boss. Is the Daily quest what's holding me up? If so, I know it comes from Traylan Omoril in Vivec City, but every time I go to him he sends me to Nchuleft, though I've done that particular quest previously.

Help!

Well, keep doing daylies and you'll eventually get this one, do it and see if it works.

I have just got the achievement without the daily quest - so it does not seem to be required (as of August 2020).
