Bug : unsuitable suitors....

I tried do quest "unsuitable suitors". But, floor make me like drown.

I googled it find this fourm same happen me

They haven't fixed it yet. The carpet at the right is a safe place, and the crate as well. The area near the ladder that goes up too, so with a bit of jumping you can get upstairs. Honestly I'm not sure it's worth the effort since it isn't a main quest there.

If you're not confident enough in your jumping skills, wait for a fix, someday, maybe.
