Yes, you will be able to remove all 150 items, go to your new house and place the items.
Mind that if you move a furniture item in a house that is exceeding the non-ESO+ limit, you won't be able to place it in the same house.
ESO+ gives double furnishing space for collectible furnishings.
Should you have this space filled with the max of its capacity, after ESO+ it will remain in the house, the moment you pick it up, you wont be able to replace this as your capacity has been halved. You can however still place the half of what you had before as capacity.
With Kind Regards,
Her Royal Highness
Queen Siviria of House Ashariel
1st of Her Name
Unless you plan to have something that can only be bought in the Crown Store in your house, you only need ESO+.
Most furnishings can either be crafted, bought from NPC's for gold, or some even stolen from NPC's.
