How to reset skills?
I read somewhere you need to go to temple or something? Is that in all cities or certain cities only?

There are three shrines: Kyne, Stuhn and Mara. I think you want Stuhn to reset skills (or it might be Kyne, can't remember. One of the two, at least). If you look around on the map, they have their own unique map marker (it kinda looks like a pizza oven or something).

The shrines are all located in a central area, in every alliance capitol.
- Mournhold (Deshaan), in the same building as the bank.
- Elden Root (Grathwood), somewhere inside the big tree in the middle
- Wayrest (Stormhaven), can't remember exactly where, think it was somewhere west in the city.

If you're in a guild you can teleport to a guild member who is in one of these location, or you can ask someone in zone chat to teleport you there.

Or you can just take the boat in the major city of the region you're in. Also, lv 7 I don't think you need to respec. Just continue to level up, it's not like skill points are hard to come by.

Just as a side note, shrine names aren't the same everywhere (though it's mostly the same deity with another name, except for Kyne and the Tribunal).

For the attribute points : Akatosh (Wayrest), Auriel (Elden Root, Alinor), Kyne (Mournhold), Warrior-Poet (Vivec City), Alkosh (Rimmen)
For the skill points : Stendarr (Wayrest, Elden Root, Alinor), Stuhn (Mournhold), Father of Mysteries (Vivec City), S'rendarr (Rimmen)

Mara is the only one they all but one agree on, it's Mother Morrowind for the shrine in Vivec City.
