6k on single stat would be extremely bad. You mostly want 2x Max Stat + 2x Regen.
The only liars here are the PvPers, trying to defend their turf.
pathetic.
For instance, if you're playing a Redguard Stamina character, you can get away with Braised Rabbit & Vegetables, which is a cheap, blue food that has Max Health + Stamina.
If you're playing a Stamina character as, say, an Orc.. then you're going to want to use at least Dubious Camoran Throne, which has regen on it as well. (Since Orcs don't have passive regen like Redguards do.)
The most popular foods are also stupidly expensive to make, which also involves an absurd amount of time farming the materials needed to make it. Artaeum Takeaway Broth, for example.. you would spend days upon days farming the materials needed just to make probably a single stack of it.
2 state blue food for group dungeons and trials as well as all time use: 5300 health+ *4750 Magicka* or *4750 stamina*.
Naturally blue food is cheaper to buy and gives more damage output, but it only lasts 1 hour instead the 2 hours of purple food.
Gold food that gives better sustain but less resources and one state food are a waste imo.
