How to link for twitch prime loot? ESO account gone?

So I have an issue, I have the game on steam obviously, trying to log onto my account on the ESO website wont work, says no account exists using my email but trying to create a new one on the same says theres already an account using that email and well I do have the old "press this link to confirm your account" email

I dont know how to link for twitch prime if i cant get onto my account, i tried making a new ESO account and link my steam but unable to as i assume im already linked to my other account.

I cant send tickets because I cant login,Im stuck and i need help
