Imperial City DLC Free ??
Imperial City DLC Free only until September 16 ? or once i add it to my account i can play it anytime later ?

Yes claim it in the store and it's free permanently as it will be added to your account DLC. NA and EU require separate free purchases FYI.

It's free.
Just a warning though: the event right now is basically PVP with top tier players...the free city is nice though. Rumor has it that they're going to start making the other expansion packs(coming out or whatnot) free as well

Yeah, haven't encountered any cheaters or even a lot of top tier PvPers so far.

ESO PvP is a game for cheaters, hackers and scripters.
