How to receive twitch prime drop with steam account of ESO?

My account don't linked with anyone other account ESO. At first I selected that I was new to ESO instead of selecting "I already have an ESO account". How to get twitch prime drops like this?

The problem is: I don't know what my userID or my password because my ESO acc was created by option I'm new in ESO. My login in ESO is automatic by steam.

u need to create Bethesda acc, then link steam, aaand then link twitch

I created a acc in Elder Scrolls Online website, but I can't link both, steam acc and ESO acc. "There was a problem linking your account. Please try again later or contact support."
