New Player, difficulty question.
So I am level 10 after a few hours of playing with my friend and I noticed that the enemies are all incredibly weak. Doesn't matter where we go or who we decide to fight, nothing is challenging. Is there higher difficulty zones to check out? Or is the scaling level feature just game ruining for people who enjoy a challenging experience?

The scaling is in effect everywhere, weak monsters will always be weak and strong monsters will always be strong. It's not dependant on the region but specific areas, like public dungeons, world bosses and dolmens and craglorn group areas have stronger mobs.
Group dungeons and trials are the hardest content.

Go do some dungeons, public and group. Join some trials after you reach cp160. Go to Craglorn.

No matter what level you are enemies are the same level as you are

More accurately, level does not transcribe in more power, a lv 1 and 50 are exactly the same thing, a lv 50 only has more skill points. They actually should remove the levels as they don't mean anything anymore.

Nope, when you grow in levels, training wheels bonus become thiner until fully dissapear on lvl50. NB bosmer on lvl3 has nearly 20k hp. Exactly same NB bosmer on lvl50 has a bit more than 10k hp. If you want "in your face" examples of how wrong you are.

As to OP, if you want a bit of challenge on low-levels, go and kill some elite monsters. Marked as skull on map, there's few in every location.

i just love it when noobs who have just started playing and have not left the starter zone yet are complaining that the game is too easy... and then later come back here to cry how their char is too weak and is dying constantly to even simple mobs and begging for help xD.

if you think its too easy and you want challenging, go kill a world boss by yourself (big skull and bones icon on the map, there are alt least 3 such bosses in every major zone), then come back and tell us if you still think its too easy...

True, we request OP for video of how he without any CP on lvl 10-15 solo, i dunno, Shipwreck Strand in Stonefalls? Noob zone, boss is just one stupid crab on coast a bit on west from Davon's Watch city.

I'm ready even support a noob as such in our ranks with some gold xD

Group up with your friend and go to a group dungeon in Craglorn. Then you will know how weak your character is.

The game used to be very hard. A troll could kill you in two hits and since they're immune to stuns you had to be very tanky or self healy to survive. Resources also used to be very hard to replenish at low levels so you were basically incompetent and unable to survive for long without pots or teammates. Soloing was a challenge that demanded mastery of dodge rolling and you could only dodge roll like three times before you ran out of stamina so you had to do very high dps to survive a battle, none of this infinite resources crap.

Depending on which alliance you picked, you will also have an easier or harder time.

Ebonheart Pact is a joke. It's the easiest campaign both before and after the nerf.

Daggerfall Covenant has a few hard spots, mostly Rivenspire and Bankorai. Some parts of the desert too. Easily the most challenging normal content. The reason for this is that back when the game was actually an RPG instead of a facerolling Diablo simulator, undead were easily the strongest enemies in the game due to having more damage and health. That was their racial bonus, they were deadly. Trolls were immune to stun, goblins did high fire DoT damage, etc. But undead were tough and lethal. Well, the DC campaign is full of undead. Not Draugr who are just tanky but the real undead, vampires, ghosts, skeletons, zombies, ghouls, etc.

Aldmeri Dominion is easily the toughest campaign with world bosses that obliterate even high end players, mechanics that favor strategy over DPS racing, and lots of status effects. But the mobs hit softer than the DC so you can usually heal through it if you are tanky.
