What is set home and set guest in campaigns?

Hi, I'm new to Elder Scrolls Online, and I just leveled up my character to level 15 and decided to try pvp but idk what set home and set guest does as I have never played pvp before. If I select any one of them will I be able to change it later? I couldn't find a proper answer to my question on google so I posted this here. Thanks!

On your home select the one with below 50s only,
as for the guest you can choose whatever

Thanks :) so if I select home, will I be able to change it later? I read on other forums that it takes 90 days or something or I might have misread it. As for the set guest I'll be able to play on any server and can switch anytime?

guest for testing diffrent pvp server with diffrent pvp rules like with champion skills and without!
home only if you want to do pvp seriously
once you level 50 and champion 1+

if set a realm it cost removing pvp server and or changeing the server!
