Motion Blur FIXED

Anyone know why I'm getting a blrruy line horizontally across my screen whenever I move? It's always at different heights on my screen. Good graphics card and all that jazz.

Activated V-sync. Fixed.

This is probally not motion blur. Try activating V-Sync and see if that remains.

Its called screen tearing
