This depends wildly. Are we talking PvE, or PvP? Seems like it might be alright for PvP, but lack of Impen will get you one-shotted in almost every encounter. (I've been hit for over 30k by Sorc ults with no Impen gear.)

For PvE? No. You're better off with sets like Night Mother's Gaze and Hunding's Rage; all Divines. Reason being? Not many people run NMG, and the penetration debuff it offers is around a 6% increase in damage to ALL of your abilities.. for you and anyone you're grouped with.

The very top-end PvE players use Twice-Born Star, so you can use both the Thief and Mundus Stones. This set is very annoying, however, because if you break the set you'll lose your second Mundus bonus and have to go pick it back up once you're using the set again.

However, TBS is only really marginally better in Trials, where Warhorn is being used on cooldown or rotationally by more than one person. At least, this is from what I've been told.

Your ability selection is, again, odd. For PvP, that's essentially what most NBs roll with, with a little variation.

For PvE? Again, no. :(

You'll want the following for PvE:

DW: Surprise Attack (no vMA weapons), Rending Slashes, Killer's Blade, Steel Tornado, Relentless Focus

Ult selections vary from Soul Harvest to Flawless Dawnbreaker. Once you have vMA weapons, though, Rend is the superior choice. (Because it's empowered by the weapon buff.)

Bow: Rearming Trap, Razor Caltrops, Endless Hail, Poison Injection, Siphoning Attacks

Ults here vary just a bit, mostly from Flawless Dawnbreaker to Meteor for AoE purposes.

Once you have vMA weapons, you'll replace Surprise Attack with Rapid Strikes (Flurry morph), and whatever ult you use on your DW bar with Rend.

Thanks for your reply! I forgot to mention that this would be for PvP, since I am more of a PvP player, I was also planning to go with:

Helmet: Tremorscale
Jack: Widowmaker
Shoulders: Tremorscale
Arms: Viper
Belt: Viper
Pants: Viper
Boots: Widowmaker

(Weapons)
Bow:
-Nirnhoned Bow
Dual Wield:
-Viper
-Viper

But idk if this would work with:

Primary Bar:
Shadowy Disguise, Poison Injection, Lethal Arrow, Mirage, Resolving Vigor

Secondary Bar:
Ambush, Mass Hysteria, Surprise Attack, Killer's Blade, Shrouded Daggers

Which of those two is better for PvP? The first one with Morag Tong or this one?

Greetings!
Draugr Hulk is all about stamina, almost 6,000 max stamina. With this set, my max stamina is 35k without food
