How do I switch accounts?

Yea, I'd like to know this also. Seems the game is tied to my account. So how do i launch it under another account.

Go to your eso/game/client folder. Create a shortcut to the eso.exe and place on desktop.
Use this whenever you want to launch another account.

OK, found eso.exe - in this folder.
...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
