Vampire or Werewolf?
I'm currently playing a redguard stamina nightblade, which of those two should I choose.

Werewolf, but I don't really think its that good for most builds if your serious about PVE and PVP

Here is 2 old videos on this but they are still good to watch even though a few information is outdated.

Here is a recent video showing the changes/ improvements to both Werewolf/Vampire.

Overall. Werewolf is built more for stamina based users while vampires are more built for magicka based. I personally prefer the Vampires, which is why I play one, as I don't have to worry about needing to transform to active most of my passives along with other reasonings.

I use werewolf maxed for dungeons solo, Vampire are good for dark elfs.

Werewolf is good even if you don't use it. Passive 15% stamina regen is always useful. This applies also to your normal mode

But weren't you more vulnerable to poisson or something like that? Idk if this also applies to normal mode since I don't want to be more vulnerable to poisson in general.

The Lyncanthropy effects (extra Poison damage taken and bonus to Stam, Armor and Sprint) only apply while you're transformed.

No down sides, get bitten and get +15% stamina passive

Are you sure about the no downside part ? :/

There's the rather large downside of taking up an ultimate slot you're not even using. I'd rather slot Dawnbreaker, gain 8% weapon damage, and still have a useable ultimate. I've read that the poison weakness applies in either state, but can't confirm.
