No Barber Shop, slightly disappointed.

I'm kinda disappointed to see that there are literally no barber shops in ESO for us to change hairstyle,the only way that i know of to change your hair style is through the appearance change token,which is bought by crowns (microtrasctions).

When some of the other mmos like WOW or i think Swtor (haven't played that game in a while but is planning on coming back very soon) has a barber shop where you can change your hair style using ingame money which is earned by playing the game.

unless there is way to change your hairstyle that i'm not aware of,please do correct me,because i want to know if there is a way to change my hairstyle without having to pay real money just to change hairstyle or creating a whole new character just for that hairstyle i wanted to change to.

What you could do is what I did, buy one of the collection items that allows you to equip a "wig" of any haircut that's available to your character normally. It'll be the same hair color as your character's.

Is that only to one indivdual or account wide?

I believe it's account wide, because I've bought items that I couldn't use on my main character (female) but became avaliable the other.

Its account wide. The Accessory pack too. They add them to your collections which is accessable to every character you have.
