After you've added your friend, you can invite him to play with you, by opening the group menu (press "P") and adding him to your group.

Thank you! I really enjoy the game - after not enjoying it at all in free week, I thought about the experience and decied to try it again - but it certainly can be improved by being in a party.
Btw, parties have any bonuses or drawbacks? Ppl join/share quests/loot/exp? How it works?
I don't think that parties have bonuses,
but i'm not 100% sure because i started only 2 days ago and i still got a lot to learn :)
