How to adjust the difficulty of the game?

where are these levels and how do i adjust it for game play?

You CANNOT adjust the difficulty of the game.

The Normal or Veteran mentioned pertains to Group Dungeons.

Of course there is a zone chat if your useing a controller to play enter chat an on the left side of chat box scroll down to zone chat

/s - normal close chat
/y - red screaming, have longer distance than /s
/z - zone chat
/p - party chat
/g1, /g2 ... /g5 - guild chats.
You can be in up to 5 guilds at same time, guilds are account-wide here, so if you join, all of your characters will be there, not just currentone.

but this ice veins whatever he is is tough... i beat Molag Bal and now i have accepted merridas gift and am playing a new or whatever the gift cadwell gives you. i have the orc king kong or whatever his name is with me but he seems useless and this ice veins guy keeps creating ice archers

i beat Molag Bal at level 37 but this guy seems tougher than molag bal? of course i dont have the amulet of kings to aide me either..

The entire game is scaled, there is no level difference. Hard stuff will always be that hard. Also Equipement level matters a lot. If you're level 37 you need 37 gear, otherwise you'll lose a lot of power and defence.
