why some crown items can no longer be converted to gems ??

Oh sorry i mean they are from crown crates but the gem icon on the left disappeared

You can only convert consumables. Costumes, etc. have never been able to convert to gems.

yes but those items are consumables! Potions ,experience scrolls ,crown soul gems ,repair kits .Dont know why

maybe you don't have enough. poison you need 25 of em to get 1 gem

i got like 200 potions ,from last season of crown crate .

the potions i got recently can extract into gems ,but those i got from the last season cant extract to gem ...is it a bug ,plz help

The gems from an entire year of crown crates (200 gems) from ESO+ crowns, just bought me the Bouyant Arminger style book (couple days ago, offer is gone now). Never could have afforded it ingame. But if you are going to gamble when you know the odds, there really isint much sense in complaining about it.

Once you accept the items into your bank or storage and the little gem icon next to the item is gone, you cant convert them to gems anymore.
