Magblade or Stamblade?

I am a new ESO player. Should I play a Magicka Nightblade(Breton, Dual wield, Destro staff) or as a Stamina Nightblade(Bosmer, Dual wield, Bow)? I am planning on mainly focusing on pve.

I am not familiar with nightblade but I think that you should decide by yourself according to your preferences. You can look for mag and stam builds on YouTube to determine the style you'd prefer.
The game is balanced enough so it shouldn't be much difference in dps.

Any? But mixing dual wield with staff isnt a good idea. Magblade known as Blood Mage and Stamblade as Assassin. For PvE, magblade is more prefered, but you need to handle some mad rotations if you want good dps. But in beginning main difference is stamblade dont have good self-healing (yeah, you can heal with mark and blade, but its on enemy's death, which is sad vs strong enemies), while magblade can spam 1st skill in Siphon magic, which is self-healing + damage source + cheap.
Magblade can do about x1,5 more damage than stamblade, btw.

Naaaah =) got both blades: magicka nightblade is the main character and stamina nightblade is almost the main character. High maximum damage for very good magblade is 43-45k selfbuffed, stamblade can do close (and even above) to 50k selbuffed.

To OP: you must decide. You are talking about 2 different classes... what do you prefer? Magicka or close combat?

16% from volley buffed by maelstrom bow and 7,8% from caltrops which is pvp-required skill.
Since i doubt newbie will bother to play with pedophiles in ap farming for caltrops and i doubt noob can get maelstrom weapons that easily... We talking about noob here, remember? Not some CP9000 freaks with all-legendary equipment and all skills.

And we all know about dummies, yeah. I've seen that video where stamblade making 50k+ in dummy from bow/bow build.

Can you share same efficiency build for CP160 or CP300 without tons of nolife equipment you cant get without many-many suffering?
Imma CP528 for now, but i'd like to save some CP for treasure hunter :3

...It's always the vMA bow aoe for stamina classes and vMA staff aoe for magicka ;) Here is my parcel for example: https://imgur.com/a/M5jWI (38k a bit low for sNB, but it's almost a raid setup without dummy cheesing).

You also right: low lvl magicka nightblade will do more damage than low lvl stamina nightblade. But i think OP isnt going to be low lvl forever.

At 500cp you can use the same build. Without vMA bow i think be minus 2-3k dps. And 160 or 300cp must play without bothering with a builds =)

Meh, since last summer i logged only to check weekend sales.
Most of my CP are from sorc, and i wanna start as a nighblade :)
Well, i have 2 nightblades, stamblade khajiit and magblade bosmer, but imma noob with this class. Those are from game's release :p Stamblade from VR times, and magblade from Thieves Guild release.*
And I'm too lazy to swap bars every 0,5 seconds to cancel animations.

*I didnt played on stamblade since VR times and i abandoned magblade after TG release.
